Booking Terms

These terms cover what happens when you send a booking request or enquiry through this website. Questions: info@tripbento.com.

Shanghai.com.sg is operated by TRIPBENTO PTE. LTD., Singapore. “We” and “us” in these terms mean that company.

A request is not a confirmed booking

Submitting a form on this site sends us a request. Nothing is reserved until we reply and confirm it in writing, including the date, what is included and the price. Availability is not checked automatically, so a date shown in a form may already be taken.

Prices and payment

This site does not publish a price list. Every trip is quoted from the itinerary and services you choose, so the price that applies is the one we quote you in writing. Unless a quote says otherwise, it excludes entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses.

No payment is taken on this website. Where payment is required, we will set out the amount, how to pay and the applicable payment and refund terms in that written confirmation, before you are committed.

Changes and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, email us as early as you can. We may occasionally have to cancel or reschedule — for weather, safety, or where a minimum group size is not met. For the Bund Night Walk we will tell you at least 8 hours before the start time. Where we cancel, you may take an alternative date or a refund of anything you have paid us.

Itineraries on this site

The day plans in the planner and on the itinerary pages are examples written in advance to help you plan. They are suggestions, not a booked schedule: opening hours, closures and travel times change, and the plan we deliver is agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own visas, travel documents, insurance and health requirements, and for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time. We recommend travel insurance for any trip.

Limits

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail — hours, prices, transport times — is current. We are not responsible for third-party services you arrange yourself, such as flights, hotels or attraction tickets. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
